Ginny
Williams is a business, career and life coach. Her nation-wide practice
includes men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Ginny has a deep commitment
to the success and happiness of her clients. She has helped her clients
start their own successful businesses, transition into rewarding careers
and make profound changes towards more fulfilling lives.
Ginny has over 20 years of corporate experience in team dynamics,
training, organizational development and project management. Ginny
also has a lifetime of experience coaching family, friends and colleagues.
She understands the challenges of making major career and life changes
because she has lived through many herself: on her own at age 16,
pursuing a successful career at several Fortune 500 companies, beginning
college part-time at age 30, completing her degree at age 40 and
most recently, starting her own full-time coaching practice.
Ginny is co-founder of the Northeast SOHO Business Network (www.nesoho.net),
an innovative community of Small Office/Home Office business owners. She
is a member of the International
Coach Federation (ICF) and charter member of Coachville
and a member of the Merrimack Valley chapter of Business Network International
(BNI). She received her B.A. in Organizational Management from Daniel
Webster College and her coach training from Coach
U, the worldwide leader in personal and business coach
training.
When she's not coaching, Ginny loves to read, garden, hike and bike
the trails north of Boston. She has been actively involved in many charitable
organizations, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Merrimack Valley, United
Way, and Habitat for Humanity.
